Morning Yoga Class
Join us on our morning yoga sessions.
We offer 1 hour class of basic introductory Ashtanga yoga. Morning classes are great to energize you and a great warm-up for the morning surf session. It is very important to stretch your muscles before surfing, it reduces the chances of sprains or sore muscles after the surf.
Apart from that, it’s a good way to start your day with a little bit of exercise and meditation. The class is conducted by a certified instructor who will guide you throughout and make sure that you are doing it right.
Yoga and surfing are a great combination and will definitely help you with flexibility, the balance of body and mind, and with the right postures on the surfboard.
Our yoga classes are conducted by a certified instructor who is available on request. So please let us know in advance if you wish to take up this morning class.
