Local Indian Boy Scores Japanese Surf Mag Cover -  

Japan's leading surf & lifestyle magazine (Blue.) recently published a 26 page article on India. A couple from Japan, journalist - Angie Takanami and photographer - Kuni Takanami, wrote a story on their almost month long journey through India searching for waves and meeting India's small surf community. They connected up with us and stayed at our Ashram Surf Retreat for over a week. While here, Kuni took a photo with his water cam of local kid Diksheet (aka - Dicky Boy) which landed himself the cover photo. Dicky Boy, only 16yrs old, is now recognized in Japan's surf community as one of India's top up and coming youths.
